3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior agreement is in place. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, electronic transfer, or business invoicing for approved clients.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduling
Services can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email. We do our best to accommodate your preferred times, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, a service or cancellation fee may apply.

Valuables & Fragile Items
Please secure or remove personal valuables before service. While our team exercises care, Brightstone Group is not liable for loss or damage to personal or unsecured items.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters. If you are not happy with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess and address the issue promptly with a corrective visit or solution where appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brightstone Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. All updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
